Position Overview

Iconic Exteriors is currently seeking an experienced Cladding / Siding Foreman to join our Calgary team. The successful candidate will be reliable, safety-focused, and capable of leading crews efficiently while maintaining high workmanship standards. This role requires hands-on leadership, technical skill, and the ability to manage multiple scopes of work within building envelope systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend assigned job sites on time and prepared for work
• Lead, supervise, and support a crew of 3 to 8 workers
• Promote a positive, productive, and safety-focused team environment
• Coordinate and understand logistics for multiple building envelope scopes
• Perform work at heights in accordance with safety regulations
• Take accurate measurements using both metric and imperial systems
• Operate electrical and power tools including shears, nibblers, skill saws, jig aws, shop saws, table saws, and mitre saws
• Read and interpret drawings, details, elevations, and specifications
• Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the applicable trade
• Minimum 2 years of cladding or siding experience
• Ability to supervise crews and manage on-site workflow
• Own hand tools required
• Reliable personal transportation
• Comfortable working at heights
• Strong understanding of building envelope systems

Safety Requirements

• Personal protective equipment including hard hat, steel toe boots, eye protection, and gloves
• Valid safety certifications including CSTS, Fall Protection, and MEWP
• Recertification can be provided during employment if required
